Mother’s Day Spring Fling will be an evening of hand dancing, line dancing, and bopping along to the tunes by DJ Lady D from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Tickets include a light fare buffet and there will be a cash bar available. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and a table of six reservation can be made available with the purchase of six tickets. Tickets are priced at $40 in advance or $45 at the door. This is an ages 18 and up event at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center and Show Place Arena.

Take mom to Chevy Chase Lake this Mother’s Day weekend and join in on the fun at the first annual home & garden showcase. The fair will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is set to feature over 65 vendors. Tickets are on sale online and at the door. Mother’s Day Cruise

Registration fees are priced at $40 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K. Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend the race! There is even a virtual option for those who can’t make it out on race day. Runners will receive a finisher’s medal, an event shirt, and a chip timing.

The Ultimate Mother’s Day Drag Brunch

Throw Social is hosting The Ultimate Mother’s Day Drag Brunch this year! Families with walkers and strollers are welcome to attend and there is a virtual race option as well. Kick off Mother’s Day bright and early at 7:30 AM for the 1 Miler or sleep in for the 8:00 AM 5K! Registration fees range from $20 to $50 and t-shirts are only guaranteed for runners who register before April 30th. Extras may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipgarten is celebrating Mother’s Day with Mary Kay on Saturday, May 10th at 1:00 PM. This event is all about mother and daughter bonding!
